Positioning
How crowded is the market?
Every week the CFTC publishes what large speculators hold in futures. We show where each position sits compared with its own last three years. It describes the crowd. It does not say where price goes next.
The first positioning summary appears here once the desk publishes it.
Where this stops
A crowded or empty position is a fact about who holds what. It has not told anyone which way a market moves next, and reports are a few days old when they appear. We don't give trade calls, entries, stops, targets or position sizes.
